HK Worm Gear Screw Jacks (worm gear + T-type screw jack) for lifting, lowering, assisted push/pull, tilting, and precise height/position adjustment—primarily configured with a trapezoidal screw for stable load holding.

  • Precision Screw & Nut (Grade 7 Machining)
    The screw and nut are precision-machined to Grade 7 accuracy for improved transmission stability, repeatability, and service life. Typical trapezoidal screw specs include Tr26×5, Tr32×6, Tr38×6, Tr46×8, Tr52×8, Tr65×10, Tr75×12, Tr80×12, Tr90×14, and Tr100×16 (model-dependent).
  • Load Capacity Coverage
    Standard models range from HK2T to HK100T, covering maximum lifting/tensile force from 20 kN up to 1000 kN, supporting a wide range of industrial lifting and positioning requirements.
  • Enclosed Housing & High Efficiency
    The housing can be supplied in an enclosed design with oil lubrication for better sealing and long-duty reliability. Overall efficiency is designed to reach >23% depending on configuration and operating conditions.
